You can access Heraeus touch either with a browser at https://touch.heraeus.com or download the mobile app onto your private or business smartphone. To get access, click on the "Sign in" button at the bottom right and then on "Sign in with Heraeus account".

If you already have a Heraeus account, simply log on with your accountnumber@heraeus.com and your usual Windows password.
